A short biography of his father, Eric Lindsay Frazer. 1967.

Describes E.L. Frazer's life from birth in Kew in 1892, schooling, experiences as a soldier in WWI, university studies, career with the Melbourne Public Library and the Victorian Parliamentary Library. He rose to become head of the V.P.L. in 1929 and retired in 1957. He lived in Kew most of his life. His private interests are also described, including golf, landscape painting, music and religion. He died in 1965. Includes an appendix "Memorandum-Conference of Australian Institute of Librarians, Hobart, Easter 1946."
